Thank you at Vintage Stamping Challenges

Good morning folks, have you eaten all those Easter Eggs yet? Well March has come and gone and its time for our new challenge at Vintage Stamping Challenges and this month our theme is 'Thank You'. As always our lucky challenge winner will receive a fab prize from Leo our lovely sponsor from Flonzcraft so I do hope you're going to join us.

This stamp, is one of my absolute favourites, she is sooooo pretty! I know I used her for my project for last months challenge but i couldn't resist inking her up again. She is from 'Flower Kingdom' and i've coloured her with Graphi'It Markers and flexmarkers, addiing some tiny pearls to the flower centres. I distressed the edges with tea dye, victorian velvet and old paper distress inks and the used an Indigo Blu swirl stamp and gilding flakes around the edges.
I made the background with the same inks and used one of the new background stamp from Chocolate Baroque and more gilding flakes. The sentiment is also from Chocolate Baroque. I added some gorgeous lace and ribbon(coloured with distress ink) from the Ribbon Girl and some paper flowers made with Tattered Florals and some die cut swirls. I've used kraft card for matting and layering. Here's another pic:

I'm entering this one in the following challenges:
Allsorts: vintage
Crafty Catz: Swirls and pearls
Dream Valley: Pearls and lace
Joanna Sheen: come rain or shine
Sweet Stampin: Oh so girly

Have a lovely day, isn't it bliss to have an extra day off work??
Thanks for popping by
Claire xx
