Gilded lace from Chocolate Baroque

Good morning my lovelies, I've gone a bit crazy with the good old gilding flakes for this card which features the fabby new stamps Indian Textiles from Chocolate Baroque

I've simpley stamped the large Taj Mahal Silhouette and the lace border stamp with Flitter glu and then applied gilding flakes. The background was made using the large ornate flower from the same set, again with gilding flakes. To finish off i created a border using red line tape and more gilding flakes.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
Anything goes : Heavy metal
Sweet Stamps: Stamped background paper

If you've got a minute pop over to the Chocolate Baroque DT Blog as my lovely team mates have come up with some beautiful samples with all the gorgeous new stamps.
Thanks for popping by

  1. So simple ( your words) Claire, but so rich and lush looking. It hadn't occurred to me that Guild those images, I've got a lot more playing do still.

  3. Goodness that is decadent & evocative of real luxury too. A really super idea with the lace border stamp having the semblance of a shutter/screen through which the buidings are seen.
