Summer Blooms at Vintage Stamping challenges

Good morning friends, can you believe its June already? Goodness me I dont know where this year is going. Our theme at Flonzcraft Vintage stamping challenges this month is 'Summer Blooms', you don't have to make a vintage project to enter as long as you follow the theme and make sure that stamping is the focus of your project. As always our lucky winner will receive a $20 voucher from Flonzcraft and there are some gorgeous stamps to choose from!

I've coloured one of the gorgeous Gibson Girls from Flonzcraft with pencils, die cut with nesties and layer her up on some kraft card The backing paper is from Pion Design as is the paper I've used to make the flowers (using a Britannia Rose Die) I've added lace, pearls, ribbon topped with one of my favourite iridescent flower buttons and I've also added some memory box die cuts,  in the polka dot paper and in kraft I've used a teeny tiny bit of  Seedless Preserves DI to distress all the edges
I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
Cards Galore Encore: anything goes
Creative Card Crew: Shabby chic/vintage
Die Cut Divas: at least one embellishment
Hobbybook: at least 3 flowers
The Squirrel and the fox: girls

Unfortunately its time for me to go to work so thanks for popping by today, hope to see you again soon

Chocolate Raspberry and Cream on the Catwalk

Hello my lovelies, don't you just love the week between Christmas and New Year, its the perfect time to relax, catch up on some TV and eat too much lol. Its great for catching up on some crafting too so why not pop over to Fashionable Stamping Challenges and join us for our new challenge which is a colour challenge chosen by my lovely DT Sister Yvonne - 'Chocolate Raspberry and Cream' sounds yummy doesn't it?  Pop over to the challenge blog and check out all the gorgeous inspiration from my teamies and also find out about the fab prize from our sponsor Flonzcraft.

I've made a little book, the colours have really bleached out on the photos unfortunately. I was inspired by this gorgeous project by Rebecca over at the Frilly and Funkie blog and followed the tutorial to create the pages for my little album. I've used stamps from Flonzcraft and Chocolate Baroque. The gorgeous pink papers are from Pion Design. I've added some metal charms and some shabby pink frantage here and there too

I've added lots of die cuts, seam binding ribbon, lace and added some pretty die cut butterflies here and there too

Some of the pages have punched borders and I've also dusted off my embossing folders to add some texture here and there too

I've made loads of paper flowers, you can't have too many flowers can you?

I've used lots of distress inks in Walnut Stain, Tea Dye, Victorian Velvet and Old Paper and added some pearls here and there for a bit of interest

I'm entering this project in the following challenges:
4 Crafty Girlz: anything goes
Artistic Stamper: anything goes
Crafts 4 Eternity: Something new (papers)
Creative knockouts: anything goes
Docerela Creations: anything goes
LEJ Designs: anything goes
Sparkles Forum: anything but a card
Stamplorations: stamps and silhouettes

well done if you've managed to get to the end of this post, I got a bit carried away with the pics lol.

I hope you're going to join us for our new challenge.
Thanks for popping by, hope to see you again soon

Autumnal Colours on the catwalk

Hello there, and a big warm welcome to my new followers! Its lovely to 'meet' you. Well the last two weeks have zipped by so quickly,  its time for our new challenge at Fashionable Stamping Challenges and this time around our theme is 'Autumnal Colours' chosen by my lovely teamie Avril. As always our lucky winner will receive a fab $20 voucher from Flonzcraft and the stamps are such good value you get loads for your money! Don't forget we're a stamping challenge though so no digis allowed.

For my DT project I've made a little Book Box card using a template from Which Craft?. I've used papers from Pion Designs, distressed with a craft knife and old paper distress ink. The image is of course from Flonzcraft, one of my favourites and this time I've stamped on watercolour card and coloured with my distress markers. I love the colours of Autumn, especially this time of year as the garden is still full of flowers and the leaves are just starting to change colour, so pretty :-)

The gorgeous lace, ribbon, butterfly charm and resin flower embellie are from the Ribbon Girl as is the larger butterfly.  I made a little closure with a spellbinders die and an ideology fastener. Here's a pic of the inside, using the same papers and my favourite sentiment from Chocolate Baroque.

I'm entering this project in the following challenges:

365 Cards: in the garden
A Creative Romance: dies/punches
Anything goes: in the garden add some butterflies
Crafty Sentiments: Fall/autumn colours
Divas by Design: anything goes
Paper Shelter: card with multiple folds
Top Tip Tuesday: Shaped Cards

Now all I need to do is get my beads out and make a little pressie to go inside.
Thanks so much for visiting today, don't forget to check out the gorgeous projects to inspire you from my DT Sisters. I'll be back later with my DT project for PanPastel UK :-)
