Good morning my lovelies, its Friday (yippeeeeee) so its time for our new challenge over at Graph'It Colour Challenge, pop over to find out all the deets, our lucky random winner will get their mits on a fab prize as always AND our top 3 picks will get a digi download too so grab those markers and get colouring :-)
This week's theme was defnitely a challenge but I decided to have a go at colouring glass and bottled (ouch bad pun lol) out of colouring the wallpaper through the glass so I tried to add some shadow and depth around the bottom of the glass to make it look like it was standing well away from the wall. I used neutral greys for the glass and added a little 7210 for the glass,, I also used the neutral greys for the shadows.
The stamps are from Sheena Douglass, I love that sentiment !I used distress inks for the stripes. To fnish off I've added black lace, a seam binding bow and a black button topped off with a twine bow.
I'm entering this one in the following challenges:
Crafting for all seasons: humerous
Crafty ribbons: anything goes with ribbon
Creative Craft Challenge: ribbon
Marker POP: anything goes
Really Reasonable Ribbon: shabby chic plus ribbon
Thanks so much for popping by
Claire xx
PS don't forget you've still got time to enter my blog candy, you can find it here
