Poinsettia from Chocolate Baroque

Good morning folks, this year is whizzing by so if you haven't make a start on those Christmas cards yet pop over and check out the beautiful new stamps from Chocolate Baroque, as well as some gorgeous Gothic Angels there are some lovely Big Bold Background stamps which are great for quick cards. For this card I've used 'Ponsettia', you can find it (and all the other new stamps here)

I stamped the image in memento tuxedo black and coloured with Graph'It markers, adding some gold stickles in the centres. I've used a corner rounder punch and edged the image with a gold krylon pen. To finish off I've stamped the sentiment from Gothic Angels and embossed with gold embossing powder. I've matted the image on some kraft card.

I'm entering this in the following challenges
Crafty Boots: christmas
Pile it on: No designer paper
Pumpkin Spice :coloured project
Winter Wonderland: red and green

Thanks for popping by today

  4. Very striking indeed & I love the gold edging to the whole - especially the way it picks up on the gold stickles used for the flower centres. I particularly like the soft effect created by mounting onto a kraft card base.
