Things to be thankful for

Hi there, its time for a new challenge at Michelle Perkett Studios!! Our challenge this week is 'Things to be thankful for',  I decided to make a card using and the Amore Fairy (you can find her in Michelle's Etsy Store) and a beautiful foiled sentiment I've had in my stash for ages.

The image is coloured with promarkers and I added some chalk to the background and clear sparkle EP to her wings. She is matted on some gold mirri card as is the lovely rose bp which is from Joanna Sheen. The square doiley is a stamp from Joanna Sheen, embossed in gold on pink vellum. I've added some flowers, lace ribbon and a pin made with a headpin and beads from my stash. The sentiment reads

"Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy.

they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom'

Its is sprayed with 'Pink Ink' glimmer mist and again matted on some gold card. I thought these words were perfect for card for one of my dear friends as she really makes my soul blossom!
