Chocolate Baroque Colour Challenge

Good morning folks, its week 2 of our colour challenge over at Chocolate Baroque Challenge and this time around we've got a really gorgeous colour palette to inspire us. Of course there is a fab prize up for grabs, who can resist Chocolate Baroque goodies??

Current Challenge

Here's my DT project for this month's challenge:

I thought the colours would be perfect for a moody seaside scene so got busy with stamps from one of my favourite sets 'Seashore Scenes' and stamped in the scene.  I used Pebeo masking fluid to mask the lighthouse, sun, little boats etc and left it to dry. Next, I painted the scene with distress inks and added some waves with a white pen. The sentiment is from Seaside Dreams, stamped with versamark and embossed with white embossing powder.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
Addicted to stamps: Anything summer
Bunny Zoe's: Summer
Creaetive Knockouts: Summer fun
Inkspirational: Masking
Little Claire's: create a scene
Ooh La La: sun, sand, sea

Thanks so much for visiting today, hope to see you again soon
Claire xx
