Thinking pink

I don't usually 'do' pink, but as I'm trying to get out of Christmas card mode I decided to have a bash at this weeks Truly Scrumptious challenge - a lovely sketch with the extra of using pink green and black. I'm also using Tilda for this weeks Flutter By Wednesday Challenge which is 'New' and butterflies/angels/fairies and the ABC challenge - L is for layering




 I've used some new distress inks and glimmer mists to make the backing papers and the background of the main image. Tilda is coloured with inktense pencils and decoupaged to give her a bit more dimension. I 've used a little flourish stamp to edge the bp squares and added a stamped sentiment and some paper flowers.
Definitely not my usual style of card or colours but I've had a lot of messy fun making it.
