Poppy birthday card

I've made this card for my friends birthday next month. The image is from Digital Two for Tuesday coloured with promarkers and a gold gel pen. The bp is from my scrap box - another of Joanna Sheens. The poppies, ribbon and lace are from my stash. The sentiment is from Elusive images, the background is stamped with Brilliance Rocket Red and the sentiment stamped in black versafine and embossed with clear EP



The vintage little girl with poppies is such a beauty I think I'll be using her a lot. The Magical Crafts Challenge this week is 'vintage style', I think the red, black and cream with the lace have a real vintage look.The image is new to me and  I've used my new Brilliance ink pad to fit the theme for the Crafty Cardmakers challenge this week which is 'What's new?'
