Acetate Angelberry card

Good morning folks, its my last day at work as i've got a long weekend off yippppppeeee. At last i'm getting into the Christmas spirit so tomorrow I'll be putting up the decorations and I suppose I really should get some Christmas shopping done too lol. Today's card is a little scene made using digis from the gorgeous PolkaDoodles CD Angelberry Christmas, I just love this cd!

I made the scene in publisher, printed it off and coloured with Graph'It markers adding some glitter and gems although they don't show up too well on the pic. I matted the image on the back of the card and added an acetate panel to the front, you need to use strong acetate for this or it goes all wobbly -not good! I added the die cut border at the bottom to strengthen it and I'm quite pleased with the result. To finish off I added a seam binding bow, a sparkly button and some bakers twine.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
Glitter 'n' sparkle: show us some blue
Incy Wincy: Let it snow
Joanna Sheen: make it sparkle
Paper Playtime: winter fun
Ribbon Girl: ho ho ho Christmas
Sweet Pea Stampers: its cold outside

Thanks so much for visiting today,
Claire xx
