Hi there folks, today's card features some of the scrumptious new stamps from Chocolate Baroque. I love dandelion stamps and these are so delicate and pretty. There are 3 new sets of stamps this month and you can find the dandelion stamps on 'Rose Tree'
I've used a grey card blank for a change and kept it fairly simple. I inked white card with bundled sage and shabby shutters distress inks using cut'n'dry foam and stamped the dandelions across the top and bottom with Memento Bamboo Leaves and London Fog around the edge of the dandelion clock. I stamped the floating seeds in the same colours to create a loose frame and then used a quickie glue pen to add some glamour dust to the tips of the dandelions.
The sentiment is one of my all time favourites, its from Chocolate Baroque's Words of Gratitude stamp sheet. I stamped it on a scrap of card coloured with distress inks and then inked around the sentiment and the background with Iced Spruce distress ink. I attached the sentiment in the frame with 3d foam and added a couple of gingham bows.
I'm entering this card in the Gingersnap Creations Challenge: GC 137 Words of Wisdom
Thanks for visiting today
Hope you're keeping snug and warm in this wintery weather.
